With 20.5g of protein in every 100g, these chips are perfect for snacking on even when you are on a fitness diet. The soy protein used in our recipe is plant-based, which has been proven in research to be associated with increased longevity. It can also lower the risks of developing chronic diseases, including some cancers and heart disease. The inclusion of Casstex™22 and Cassbake™157 in the dough guarantees an ideal texture throughout, with enhanced and prolonged crispiness while retaining the lightness. Additional garlic and onion powder are added to help balance and bring out the flavours of these chips.
