A French Classic, Reimagined for Modern Convenience

This month, our Regional Food Innovation Centre brings a timeless favourite into the fast lane — Fast Baked Choux Cream. Inspired by classic French choux pastry, this prototype transforms the traditional multi-step process into a simple “mix, pipe, and bake” solution while preserving the delicate texture and flavour that make choux cream irresistible.

 

By using specialty modified starches, our R&D team has created both the pastry shell and the creamy filling to be ready-to-use and effortlessly consistent — ideal for bakeries, cafés, and ready-to-bake concepts looking to combine indulgence with convenience.
